Jim is a retired management consultant living north of Priest River, ID, and has been on the board of the Bonner Soil & Water Conservation District for eight years. He also is on the board of the Priest Community Forest Connection and a past board member of the Priest River Library. Jim and his wife Margie purchased their Idaho property 33 years ago and have been full-time residents in the Priest River area for 20 years. He actively works with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to improve their forest property and is committed to educating others, particularly younger students, about the benefits of sound forestry and conservation practices. Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, the winter sports and exploring North Idaho.
